"Invalid provider specified" error occurs when you use an Office 2016 (outlook in your case) application to access Office 365 resources.

WorkAround
To work around this issue, don't run Office 2016 (outlook in your case) as administrator on Windows 10.

I upgraded several laptops and machines to F19. On all of them except one laptop, when waking up the desktop is blocked by a clock screen, that needs to be rolled out of the way.

One laptop consistently wakes up directly into the desktop.
