How to improve the CRC pass rate in LTE?

After handover, UE need to check the MIB and SIB information, but sometimes because of the CRC fail which stands for a SI RNTI, UE can not check the SIB informaiton, which will lead UE to RLF.

How to improve the CRC pass rate, or some other methods to improve this problem?

IS this Intra freq HO or inter freq HO? At what rsrp of source and target, HO is getting triggered? I think this is to early HO scenario. UE is trying to synch with target with bad channel condition. Try to trigger HO at target eNB when UE is having good channel condition from target eNB.,
