What can be done and what can't be when a cell site put in "operator reserve mode" ?
Which use case results to have reserved cells within the MBSFN Area ? Is it dynamically possible to make a cell refrain from MBMS service without restarting ? Which node or component of the network does it ?
When an UE completes cell search procedure, it has to monitor its link to eNodeB. How it does and what are the component or layers involved for this activity ?
On what parameter basis, eNodeB changes its current transmission mode to different transmission mode for an UE ? What parameters are considered to take decision on transmission mode ? Does the eNodeB inform to UE about the selected TM ?
If I am correct then pico cell has large coverage area than femto cell. But I could not make out what to use when ?
