I know that VSWR exerts a bad influence on the signal, so in the Uplink and Downlink. What is a valid value for VSWR eNodeB?

LTE: Does the eNodeB inform UE to use a specific MCS for the allocated resource in PUSCH ?

EnodeB considers CQI feedback from the UE before creating the transport block.
As per my understanding PUCCH resource allocation is not very dynamic. In this case how UE decide to use a specific MCS (Modulation and Coding Scheme) while using PUCCH channel ?

LTE: When an eNodeB reponds with RRC Connection Reject containing the "deprioritisationReq" information for a request ?

I saw RRC Connection Reject message in specification. There is an IE "deprioritisationReq" within the RRCConnectionReject message. I want to know when eNodeB includes this IE while rejecting a rrc connection request for an UE.
