What is the difference between RB and PRB? Also explain 1 RB or 1 PRB = how many time slots?

When I was reading 3GPP-TS-36.521-1 in Test Case_6.2.2(Maximum UE Output Power), I had a question.

The contents is same as below,

The RB start of non-1RB allocation shall be RB #0 for low and mid range, RB# (max +1 - RB allocation) for high range test frequency.

In this sentence, what is the # meaning? Is is countable number? or specified own number? If it is specified own number, then please let me know which RB# works for.

There is no difference in RB and PRB , RB is just a virtual imagination for MAC to schedule. Actual resource is PRB. If MAC scheduled 10 RB then PHY will map this to 10 PRB. It can be one to one mapping or different based on the RAT used in MAC.
in one time slots (1 ms )100 RB will be there in 20Mhz BW ENB (MAC point of view). Actual resource is 200 RB's in one time slot (one sub frame) in PHY point of view.
