Email Client on windows 7 and postbox

I am looking for a simple, easy to understand email client for Win 7, something that allows more than one email account, and has the feature needed to set up multiple message rules, across the multiple accounts.

Right now I have Outlook 2010 and I really, really dislike it. I have tried Thunderbird as well, but it just doesn't have the message rule capabilities I need.

Has anyone use Postbox Express by chance? If yes, can you let me know how it works? (not technical stuff, just for message rules and multiple accounts)

What is it you don't like about Outlook? It works well for me.
For me, Outlook 2010 keeps "not responding".every 2 minutes or whenever I try to do anything with it. Annoying. I have 4GB memory installed in this machine, so I know it isn't a memory issue.

What I need is a program that will allow me to have more than 1 email account, plus the message rules.I run a small business from my home, plus 3 different committees I am on for various things, so in total I have 6 separate email accounts.

Here is how I had my message rules set up in Outlook Express on my XP machinewhich died a horrible death a couple months ago.(I need a similar situation for Win 7 and this Outlook2010)

Folder Tree looks like this.

MAIN FOLDER
     --SubFolder1
    --SubFolder2
    --SubFolder3
    Etc

Message Rules Looked Like This in OE (on XP machine)
Apply This Rule After Message Arrives..
    Where Subject Line contains Q
AND Where To Line Contains EMAIL ADDY
Move It To The MAIN Folder.
Apply This Rule After Message Arrives..
    Where Subject Line contains Q
AND Where Message Body Contains T
Copy It To The SUBFOLDER1 Folder.

Does this make sense?

The not responding may be due to your setup. Did you check with your ISP to ensure you're using their settings when you setup your account(s)?

That aside, everything you're describing is absolutely possible. OE and Outlook rules have considerable similarity. Outlooks have more steps but are also much more comprehensive.

In the 2010 version it defaults to "stop processing other rules" in each rule which also keeps the error rate down.

I heard that one way to convert LibreOffice (I have 3.5.7.2) text files to Word is to move the pdf file to Windows and edit there. However pdf files appear to be invisible on the Windows 7 desktop.

I have Flash Player installed on my Win7 machine, latest version. Every time I attempt to open a video that depends on Flash I get inundated with the warning that I need to upgrade Flash to the latest version, no matter how many times I do so.
How to stop this irritation? How to get Flash to work the way its supposed to? I have totally uninstalled it via REVO, reinstalled it but same results.
