Hi,

There can be 4 no of Logical channel group is possible. While creating LCG we should club asme kind of charcterstics LC's.

Like same priority LC's should be on LCG, same data rate LC's in one LCG. So that handling of BSR will be easy and fairness will be there in all LC's

Hi Jagannathan,

Could you please tell me , how Logical channel is grouped,as far as i know we have 4 LCG, and each group has 4 Logical channel.

Thanks Sushant
LCG is used to report BSR in UL, so it is ENB implementation such that all LC's should get an equal chance in UL transmission. Each LCG should contain ~same weighted LC's so that when you receive a grant for that particular LC's all will get an chance to send.

If you have mixed weighted LC's in LCG then only higher priority LC will get an chance to send UL data.
