Why Cisco says IOE (internet of everything) rather than IOT (internet of the things) ?

What is the technical difference between these two terms ?

Internet of things (IoT) is subset of Internet of Everything (IoE). Internet of everything considers internet of people, process, data and things. IoE is not limited to things, rather it includes people, process and data.
