How to use MATLAB for simulating 16QAM for VoIP scheduling using simulink

I am doing research in LTE scheduling algorithms for VoIP traffic. For that, I would like to compare QPSK, 16QAM and 64QAM all these modulation schemes to find the better for VoIP. Especially I wish to do using Simulink... So, Please any body help me to proceed this work...
