LTE: Scheduling of mac grant

A UE have 2 logical channels belonging to different logical channel groups (LCG), how can the eNodeB informs the UE that it is giving grant to a particular LCG and not. Also I could not find any lcg id related parameter in DCI 0?
Alternatively is it correct to say that it is up to the UE to decide which LCG data to send after receiving grant from eNodeB, assuming that both LCG has data to transmit?

Hi,
ENB will not give grant per LCG basis, UE will have scheduling algorithm(LCP ) to divide the available grant to each LCG, then UE will send data in each LC based on priority.

In case of UE specific data transmission MAC layer allocates radio resources on dynamic basis. When we say dynamic resource allocation it means in each TTI (subframe) different amount of data is sent over the over considering various factor QCI, amount of data buffered at RLC and available radio resource.
What about the MBMS data transmission. MBSFN subrames are fixed in radio frame for the MBMS data transmission. Is there really need of any dynamic resources allocation for the MBMS data comes from RLC layer or it is persistent since required modulation and coding other parameters are already known at the time of bearer establishment and these parameters does not change throughout the data transmission of MBMS data.

If gNB doesn't have resource to schedule in configured grant SF? Can gNB skip this scheduling? What is the UE behavior?

Is There any cases that RLC posts the buffer more than grant given by MAC layer? If so, how Mac treats that buffer? And what are futher steps to process that buffer?

In LTE we have SF based scheduling but in 5G they have introduced slot based scheduling ,how does this impact MAC ?
