If sidelink channel uses UL resource then who will schedule this resource?If ENB schedules then how it will be UE to UE communication?

ENB allocates UL resources to UE for sidelink communication.
Communication is happening between UEs (one-to-one or one-to-many) using this resources allocated by ENB .

If ENB uses 4 * 4 MIMO then can we send 4 TB?

Say E.g ENB has 4 * 4 MIMO then can we send 4 TB? If yes i am not seeing any support in FAPI. FAPI is having 2 TB support only.
