Hi Akhilesh,

There is no reservation for broadcast messages. It is upto eNB to schedule it dynamically and sent to all. As broadcast is very important than all other UE's data, it will be top priority.

At any cost eNB sends Broadcast message before RB gets over for that particular SF.
