Experience & Soft Skills Required

3-5 years work experience in Linux and generic Support
Experience in Telecom Industry (and VAS in specific - SMS, USSD, WAP, APP) is preferred.
Experience & Attitude for Support and IT related tasks for 24X7 needs.
Experience in Scripting (shell/pearl)
Constant need to close support activities and ability to think out-of-box
Excellent Communication skills (documentation and spoken).
Eye for detail.
Deadline and targets/results/end-product.
