sr-ProhibitTimer was introduced in Rel-9. This is to prevent the UE from sending a SR within a short duration of having already sent a SR, as there will be a round-trip-delay (typically about 4ms) since the SR is made and Grant is sent, UE will not be allowed to do a SR during the time this timer is active.
sr-ProhibitTimer is defined in multiples of sr-periodicity.

When an UE switch on, first it synchronizes (PSS and SSS) with cell and start reading system information. My question is what UE does after getting system bandwidth information from MIB ? What is the significance of this for an UE ? Does UE take different actions based on cell bandwidth ?

UE can send SR at any time and CQI at configured time, for these two request how many RB's are allocated from ENB?

If UE gets more than enough grant to send BSR and enough to send the data , then will UE sends BSR in the SR grant or not ?
