Is there somewhere a place where I can find the netinst image iso of fedora with xfce desktop....

Could be easy to put some links on fedora pages, we can only get live cd.... I don't want live cd, just image iso of xfce version!

Get Network install cd from http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora-all and select xfce during installation.

To elaborate a bit further : the netinstall image is desktop agnostic. In fact, it only has the necessary kernel image and anaconda I think. All packages are downloaded as per the user's package selection at install
time.

I am using Fedora 21 with GNOME Shell 3.14.2 in a Lenovo T530 laptop. Is there anyway that I can configure the finder print reader in the laptop to login to GNOME and to authenticate for other operations, such as git push etc ?

I have a complex firewall setup running on an older version of Fedora, and I'd like to upgrade to RHEL7 or recent Fedora. Unfortunately, I can't really do what I need using firewalld, so two questions:

1: Has anyone done this and were there any serious gotcha's?

2: Is it as easy as removing firewalld and installing networkmanager with yum?

This setup uses two (soon three) ISP connections, any of which can be used as default, two secure internal networks, and one DMZ for servers. Some connections must be forced out via a defined ISP, and since Linux doesn't source route like BSD, I can't just set the source IP and have the packet go out the right
interface, hoops must be jumped.

Any experience to share?
