Mobile is sending the SIP Registration request and the N/w responds with the "405 Method not involved"

This is related to SIP registration. The mobile is sending the SIP Registration request and the N/w responds with the "405 Method not involved". Any idea about how to change the IMS droid settings to send the Allow field contents same as the one expected ?

Multiple IMS registration requests with nounce value

Hi Experts,
We are facing an issue where UE sends multiple IMS-registration requests, below is the scenario
UE is successfully registered to IMS. However UE re-sends an IMS registration request with same nonce value and receives 200 OK. Why UE re-sends IMS registration while it is already registered.
