How to install bugzilla.

I want to use bugzilla. I have downloaded xampp. But I don't know any further process how to install it and what other related software should need to install.

Please help?

How to install bugzilla with https access?

I can not find a resolution on bugzilla's doc about how to install bugzilla with https. By default, the bugzilla installation will be access with http://, not https://

If I want to access use https://, is there any package or software additional should be installed first? Or I can just configure on Bugzilla's parameter: SSL_Redirect and sslbase, and no need to change with bugzilla installation?

Not able to install bugzilla on Solaris

I was installing bugzilla on Solaris machine and getting below error

./testserver.pl http://localhost
TEST-OK Webserver is running under group id in $webservergroup.
TEST-OK Got padlock picture.
TEST-FAILED Webserver is fetching rather than executing CGI files.
Check the AddHandler statement in your httpd.conf file.

I checked httpd.conf and I have added AddHandler cgi-script .cgi in this file. But not able to get through. Could you help me please.
