Does LCN Compass have Java Interfaces ?

I read about LiteCore Compass and the implementation of Diameter based interfaces as specified by 3GPP standards. I see that the interfaces are available as C-callable APIs. Do you also have Java APIs for Java based Applications ?

LCN Diameter primarily provides a C API (targeting embedded requirements), but based on customer request, Java interfaces have been developed. First requirement was for a Ro client (including SCAPv2).

Does OCS have capability to terminate the session

this question is related to gy interface. whenever OCS sends terminate or restrict access in the Final unit action avp to GGSN. does ocs convey the message to GGSN to disconnect the session from GGSN side or OCS will disconnect the session .

I mean Does OCS have the authority to disconnect the ongoing online charging session or it always decided on core N/W
