LTE: What will happen with already connecting UE with an eNodeB if tracking area code reconfigure on the fly ?

Can I change tracking are code on the fly for a cell/eNodeB ? If yes then what will happen with the connected/idle UEs ?

Is TAC (tracking area code) required for Mme configuration? I do not see tac in few Mme configuration. But, I can see tac configured on ended side which goes in sib1. Could you please give input on this?

LTE: When does an UE trigger Tracking Area complete message towards the network ?

Is this message mandatory to be triggered by UE towards network as part of tracking area update procedure or only at some special cases it is triggered ?

LTE: When does a network prefer periodic tracking area update from an UE ?

There are two ways for tracking area update procedure to get triggered from UE to network . One is known as periodic and other one as non-periodic.
