Hi,

physical layer throughput is with all layer headers and redundant data. MAC layer throughput is with all above layer header and RLC throughput is with PDCP,GTP,IP header. But these throughput are not actual throughput , removing of all headers and what we receive at application level is user throughput.

Thanks Jaganathan
What is application layer throughput in LTE, Means what is term name? Is it PDSCH Throughput?
No, it is not PDSCH throughput. when you download an file say at 1.Mbps but your PHY layer throughput will be 1.XMbps because of all layer headers. so 1Mbps is application layer throughput , 1.x Mbps is PDSCH throughput
