Why do we need HIDCI and UL-CONFIG message in FAPI? because both are carrying UL allocation information.

Hi hinmani,

HIDCI is used to send DCI0 and PHICH to UE, UL-CONFIG is used by PHY to receive the UL data. basically HIDCI is for UE and UL-CONFIG is for PHY.
