How ENB will come to know channel is free or occupied in unlicenced sectrum?

Because any other WIFI API can be accessing the same spectrum (5GHZ) so how ENB will come to know?

if ENB requests ue capability through UE capability enquiry message .In UE capability enquiry message enb includes eutra and utra.Now if UE is not supporting eutra how enb will know about this

How UE will calculate channel quality indicator ?

As i know two type of CQI in lte, sub band CQI and wide band CQI. I wide band CQI it sends channel quality for whole bandwidth but in case of sub band CQI how UE calculates CQI?

How contention will be resolved in case ENB selected preamble?

Say e.g ENB given some random preamble to UE1 to do RACH, but in -case same preamble is selected by UE2(preamble given to UE 1) and doing RACH .
In the above scenario ENB will not give any CRM message to UE's so how contention will be resolved for UE2?

Does sperate ENB require to support NB-IOT device or same Macro ENB supports NB-IOT device?

NB-IOT device uses different Rb coding mechanism and different BW, Is it same ENB supports NB-IOT device and normal UE ?is same ENB supports how MAC and PHY layer works ,because MAC and PHY functionality is different for NB-IOT and normal UE
