Difference between XOS and ONAP ?

There are multiple orchestra-tor available. On what basis, it is decided to use a specific orchestrator such as XOS or ONAP.

XOS, a service orchestration layer built on top of OpenStack and ONOS that manages scalable services running in a Central Office Re­architected as a Datacenter (CORD). XOS makes it possible to create, name, operationalize, manage and compose services as first­class operations, and in doing so, unifies the management of SDN­based control applications, NFV­based data plane functions, and traditional cloud services.
