Hi,

It is because of UE capability, most of the UE doesn't support 64QAM UL modulation so we cannot use higher modulation for better data rate.

Hi,
Can you please answer the question asked? "why uplink throughput is high than downlink".
DL throughput is higher than uplink through put, Edit your question :)
Or else which scenario you noticed UL throughput is higher than DL throughput.

I have the following scenario
