How UE gets to know TDD/FDD configuration while initial sync with the network?

In initial sync, the PSS and SSS are in different locations for TDD and FDD. So from different OFDM symbols & Subframes ,UE know either FDD or TDD configuration.
FDD- PSS is transmitted in the last symbol of slots 0 and 10, while the SSS is sent one symbol earlier.
TDD- PSS is transmitted on third symbol of time slot 2 (subframe 1) and the third symbol of time slot 12 (subframe 6) & SSS is broadcasted symbol of time slot 1 (subframe 0) and the last symbol of time slot 11 (subframe 5) .
