Hi Karan,

MIMO is used for spatial multiplexing to improve the Throughput. FD MIMO stands for full dimension MIMO where Beam forming is established in 3 dimensions.This gives better improvement in coverage and throughput. FDMIMO is an improved version of MIMO.
