LIPA - Local IP Access
LIPA is used to offload the IP traffic within the enterprise and completely avoiding the mobile core network or external internet for the Data traffic which can be accessed locally and provide the access of the same using the handheld device via Femto or EnodeB.

Can somebody please explain the procedure of Detach Request if it is triggered by Network.?
Assume I configured XYZ as APN but trying to attach to network. How APN validation work here. Is it bi-directional or uni-directional validation ? Please explain in detail.
