NMSI stands for "National Mobile Subscriber Identity". If you see the sub component of IMSI.
IMSI = MCC + MNC + MSIN.
where MSIN is "Mobile subscriber identification number" within a network.
The combination of both MNC + MSIN is "NMSI". It is used to identity a subscriber uniquely at the national level.

This is the answer of your query if I understood your query correctly.

In Diameter S6a specification (3GPP 29.272), it is indicated that the full procedure for Delete-Subscriber-Data from the HSS should be described in the 3GPP 23.401
However, I don't see any clear reference there.
Do you know where I can find it, especially for the deletion of one of the APN-configuration in the MME

The HSS/HLR generates an Insert-Subscriber-Data (Stand-Alone) to the MME/SGSN including ODB parameter with the All-packet-Oriented bit.
Is that cause the deletion of the on-going PDP-context/Bearer?
Can you please indicate evidence in the 3GPP specifications.

If the "Location reporting" was request by the PGW/GGSN (into change reporting action in Create-PDP-context response/Create-Sesssion response). Does the MME/SGSN continue reporting on Cell-Id/SAI/TAI change after ODB was generated.
